Baths, Showers & Bathroom Pods(LGSF)

Leesha Fabritech manufactures prefabricated bathrooms and shower pods that are built and completed totally under factory conditions. The shells (commonly called the envelope of the bathroom) were originally only available in concrete, however in recent years the production of steel profiles shells, with interior panels of a material similar to plasterboard but with high performance, has been successfully added to the range. The pods in the patented Lightweight Concrete or Steel Frame provide good fire and acoustic rating possibilities, and are completed with all accessories as per client specification.

All baths and showers are built in accordance with the current regulations in the countries of destination to ensure that every detail is compliant, especially plumbing and electrical systems.

The finishing stage of the prefabricated shower and bathroom begins with installation of plumbing and electrical systems. We then move on to tiling, sanitary and bathroom accessories followed by final testing, cleaning and quality control, so that the prefabricated bathroom is ready for delivery and connection to site services. The position of mechanical services and electrical boxes are agreed and defined on the drawings, making the connection operations easier and faster, therefore more reliable and economical. The prefabricated units provide good solutions to a variety of accommodation types, ranging from practical student campus to luxury residential, we also provide bathrooms for hospitals and shopping centers. Leesha Fabritech is able to address every need, creating maximum modularity and modern off-site solutions. Leesha Fabritech can also provide specific clinical finishes with level access floors and walls in vinyl resin fully equipped with seats and handrails for disabled accessibility

Modular Kitchens

A modular kitchen is one that is made up of pre-made cabinet parts. These parts are fitted together to create a whole, functional kitchen design. Modular cabinets are popular in kitchen remodeling projects and are available in two main types: upper and lower units. There are also full units such as closets or pantries that fit from floor to ceiling, or almost to the ceiling. Since a modular kitchen is prebuilt and purchased ready made in sections, often flat packed for home assembly, it's the opposite of a custom made kitchen that is built on site.

A modular kitchen can be much less expensive than a custom made kitchen since everything is already constructed. The interesting thing about having a modular kitchen is that it can still be somewhat unique because different combinations of upper, lower and full units can be grouped to fit each kitchen's size and style. There are also many different cabinet finishes, countertop materials and handle hardware available to make each kitchen look like it was custom built to the homeowner's taste.

Upper or wall modular cabinets are available in single or double door styles. Door choices include smooth, beveled edge or glass panel. Glass panel doors on modular kitchen cabinets are often used on several of the cabinets in modular systems to add variety, a sense of airiness and a place to display attractive dishware. Some glass doors may be frosted or etched in a frosted-look pattern. The main part of the modular cabinet is called the box and most boxes have predrilled holes so buyers can choose the number of shelves to fit into the holes depending on the distance they want between each shelf.

Stacking cabinets are popular in modular kitchens, as they increase kitchen storage. These are small, narrower cabinets that stack on top of a counter. They may conveniently store items within easy reach, such as spices and coffee cups.

Lower or floor cabinet units made for modular kitchens are available to serve many functions. For example, some have sinks included on the top surface with storage cupboards below. Other lower modular kitchen units are narrower and fitted with a pull-out wire shelving mini-pantry system to hold food products.

Full or tall modular kitchen cabinets may have a single door and be used for a closet or have two or more doors so the unit is divided into separate storage areas. A tall kitchen cabinet may also be double wide. Wire storage drawers or wooden shelves may be fitted inside these cabinets.

  • Stacking cabinets are popular in modular kitchens, as they increase kitchen storage. These are small, narrower cabinets that stack on top of a counter.
  • An upper hutch, or closed door cupboard, could sit on one section of the same desk to increase the storage space. Modular kitchens are made up of lower and upper cabinet units that may be installed in different ways to create a custom look.
  • Glass panel doors on modular kitchen cabinets are often used on several of the cabinets in modular systems to add variety, a sense of airiness and a place to display attractive dishware.
  • As with regular sized kitchen cupboards, pre-built modular ones are less costly than custom built cabinets. The colors available in tall kitchen cabinets are comparable with other sizes of kitchen cupboards, although the door styles tend to be plainer.

Clean rooms

Cleanrooms are used in practically every industry where small particles can adversely affect the manufacturing process. They vary in size and complexity, and are used extensively in industries such as semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical device and life sciences, as well as critical process manufacturing common in aerospace, optics, military, etc.

A cleanroom is any given contained space where provisions are made to reduce particulate contamination and control other environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity and pressure. The key component is the High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filter that is used to trap particles that are 0.3 micron and larger in size. All of the air delivered to a cleanroom passes through HEPA filters, and in some cases where stringent cleanliness performance is necessary, Ultra Low Particulate Air (ULPA) filters are used.

Cold Storage

India is the second largest producer of fruits in the world, producing 46.8 million tons of fruits and accounting for 10% of the world's fruit production.  It is also the second largest producer of vegetables, producing 90.85 million tons of vegetables and accounting for 14% of the world’s production. Apart from fruits & vegetables, India also produces about 20 million tons of root and tuber crops. Approximately 20-25% of the horticulture produced goes waste due to improper post harvest operations which reduces the growers share due to the present marketing arrangements. Hence, our initiative to start quick and easily installable cold storage units and rooms not only for fruits and vegetables but for spices as well.

Glazing

Leesha Fabritech deals in only glazed windows but glazed buildings as well. Our glazing options range from tinted and double gazed glass to low emissivity glass. We cater to small glazed structure to multi-storeyed structures without unique glazing solutions.

Turbo Ventilators

Wind driven Turbo ventilators are powered by the wind to create effective ventilation for different industries. Turbine or Turbo ventilators are round metal vents with fins in them. Even the slightest breeze can be enough for the turbo ventilator to rotate. Rotation causes a centrifugal force on the tip of the fins which suck out the stale hot air from inside of the building. The faster the wind, the faster the turbine will rotate and exhaust the heat, smoke, fumes, humidity, etc.

A well designed turbine ventilator, like the one from Leesha Fabritech, takes advantage of the wind to create a positive flow through the throat of the ventilator. The wind influences the performance of the ventilator in two ways:
1. As the Wind approaches and strikes the ventilator, it jumps, creating an area of low pressure on the leeward side of the turbine. This low pressure zone is fed by drawing air from the turbine, causing a continuous extraction of air from the building and

2. As the turbine rotates, the centripetal forces associated with the rotation fling air outwards form the tips of the vanes. Replacement air is drawn into the throat of the ventilator from the building causing continuous ventilation.

Our turbine will even rotate and exhaust in the absence of wind using the thermal currents developed within the building.

As a general rule, hot or stale air will not exhaust through an opening into which wind can blow Therefore, regular static ventilators, which allow outside wind to enter in the shed because of poor design or location on the roof, cannot be expected to exhaust because they backdraft. An efficient means of extracting warm and stale air is through roof mounted turbo ventilators, which create positive draft. Adequate low level provision for the entry of fresh air at ambient temperature should be provided.
